Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

BOYS FALL SEASON

York Hockey — Refund Policy York Hockey is committed to fairness and transparency in all financial matters concerning our members. Please review the following policy carefully before registering. No Refunds for Injury Registration fees are non-refundable in the event a player becomes injured and is unable to continue participating in the season, regardless of when the injury occurs or its severity. No Refunds for Expulsion Registration fees are non-refundable if a player is removed, suspended, or expelled from the club for disciplinary reasons, conduct violations, or breach of club rules and policies. Rationale Registration fees cover costs committed by the club in advance, including ice time, coaching, equipment, league fees, and administrative expenses. These costs are incurred regardless of an individual player's ability to complete the season, which is why refunds cannot be issued in the circumstances outlined above. Acknowledgment By registering a player with York Hockey, the player and/or their parent/guardian acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.
